House Rules

Dear Guests,

You are kindly asked to respect the following:

  • During the check-in at the Front Desk all guests will be asked to present their Identity cards or Passports. Documents will be returned after registration and payment.

  • Check-in time is from 2:00pm. Check-out time is until 12:00pm. If you would like to prolong your stay, please inform the Front Desk in advance.

  • Breakfast is served from 06:30am to 10:30am.

  • Bringing, consuming and preparing food and drinks, or ordering from external catering services is not allowed in rooms or any other hotel areas for sanitary reasons.

  • According to the Croatian law, smoking is not allowed in any public or enclosed areas in the hotel and the violation of said measure is subject to fines.

  • Room visits are not allowed. For any meetings with your guests, please use our public areas: lobby, lounge bar or restaurant.

  • It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable or explosive materials and objects with unpleasant smell into any hotel area.

  • Please note that while we do our best to ensure the safety of your items, the hotel shall not be held liable for loss or damage of any items of value, or money, which you leave in the safe in your room.

  • Please close the door when leaving the room. You do not need to return the room card when leaving the Hotel. However, please return the room card upon check-out; the eventual loss will be charged 100,00 HRK.

  • Please do not enter the hotel public areas dressed inappropriately, e.g. in your pyjamas, underwear, etc. Walking in any public area of the hotel without footwear or in slippers is not allowed.

  • Please keep the equipment and furniture safe. We will be forced to charge you for any intentional damage caused during your stay.

  • Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) are intended for your use during your stay at the hotel and you are kindly requested not to take them out of the Hotel.

  • Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.

  • We kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 11:00pm and 7:00am, in order not to disturb other Hotel guests.

  • In case of fire, the evacuation map can be found near the exit door. In case of fire or any other hazard, please inform the Front Desk immediately.

  • Please inform the Front Desk about any technical malfunctions or breakage in the hotel room.

  • Your privacy is important to us. Please read the Privacy Policy on our web site, to understand how and for which purposes the Hotel collects and uses your personal information.

  • For all other information you might need, the Front Desk is at your full disposal 24 hours a day.
