After making a reservation using Hotel’s website, you will receive a booking confirmation via e-mail.

Reservation of a room is usually valid until midnight on the day of the arrival, but in the event of a late arrival please inform the Hotel, because otherwise we cannot guarantee the validity of the reservation, unless it was paid in advance.

Reservations can be cancelled according to the conditions stated in the reservation offer.

In the event that the User does not cancel the confirmed booking on time or the guest does not arrive at the Hotel without prior cancellation of the reservation, the User is obligated to pay the cancellation fee as follows:

  • 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled arrival of guests without cancellation fee

  • within 48 hours before the announced arrival of guests or in the case of an unrealized reservation, the Hotel charges 100% of the price of the first overnight stay

  • in the case of special package and offers – Hotel will charge complete amount for all services and whole package

Standard booking terms and conditions apply only to individual reservations, unless otherwise stated in the offer, while all other reservations (groups, congresses, corporate offers) are subject to the terms stated in the offers themselves.

Within the cancellation period, we may charge you for the first overnight stay per accommodation unit. When cancelling a reservation after the cancellation period, the Hotel reserves the charged amount.

Guest registration at the Hotel is done on the basis of a valid IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT. Processed information includes: the date and time of arrival, the date and time of departure, the type and number of identity document, first and last name, gender, residence (state and city) , country of birth, city of birth (when born in Croatia), date of birth, citizenship (country), sojourn tax category, arrival organization and type of service. It is necessary to make a pre-authorization with a credit card during check-in on the complete amount of the reservation and on the deposit of 50,00 EUR per night for extra services. The accommodation fee is charged during check-out.

Using additional services and putting charges to a room is an option that a guest can opt for during check-in at the Hotel. If he or she wishes to use Hotel's additional services (mini bar, restaurant, bar...) during his or hers stay, it is possible to put charges to a room and pay at check-out. If a guest wishes to use this option, he or she needs to make pre-authorization with credit card on the amount 50,00 EUR per night. After completing the payment for all Hotel’s services, the pre-authorization is deleted. If a guest does not want to use the option of putting extra charges to a room, Hotel's additional services can always be used and paid for by cash or credit card at each point of sale within the Hotel (restaurant, bar).


Please, inform hotel of the approximate arrival time and in case of late arrival no later than midnight. This is necessary for the hotel to know in order to keep the room for the guest if it is not guaranteed with payment in advance or credit card.

  • During check-out but with pre-authorization on credit card during check-in

For check-ins without prior reservations, prices and conditions apply according to the valid HRK price list located at the reception desk.

The city tax is not included in the price and is compliant with the Croatian Law on the City Tax.


Persons under the age of 18 are considered children.

Reservations for children between 0 and 6,99 years of age without an extra bed in the parents’ room, on the basis of overnight stays, are free of charge.

For children between 7 and 18 years of age, services are charged as for an adult.

Cribs for children up to 2 years of age are free of charge and upon request.
